Celebrating Support

21 March 2025

The last few weeks have seen a real flurry of support for Flint House Police Rehabilitation across the country.

Flint House Ambassadors, supporters and fundraisers alike, have been flying the flag for our charity by raising awareness, taking on fundraising challenges and championing our programmes.

We’ve seen:

  • Ambassador James taking on a swimathon
  • Fundraisers Joss and Emma running the Brighton Half Marathon
  • Ambassadors James and Darren and supporter Steve trekking up Snowdon – Flint House hoodies warding off the cold
  • Fundraiser Siu Wai hosting bake sales with her local bakery
  • Ambassador Paul and Blue Paw star Holly talking about the importance of wellbeing at exhibition stands in Birmingham (and lots of other places) as well as accompanying patients on  walks across the Oxfordshire countryside while visiting Flint House
  • Ambassador Tim and supporter Viv visiting Flint House to take some new photos and videos for our website and communications
  • Patients finding out more about how they can support Flint House at the February Fundraising drop in sessions

Swimmer

The support doesn’t stop there though – with a London Marathon run in April for Amy, a bungee jump for Andy in June and a Rat Race challenge across Scotland for Andrew and Adam later in the year.

If you would like to join them and raise funds to support Flint House Police Rehabilitation to continue to #helpandheal, there are plenty of other challenges to get involved with through our Fundraising Events with Run for Charity.

We are hugely thankful for all the support we receive and would not be the charity we are without it.
